Forstner drill bit
With the Forstner drill bit you can easily make blind holes with a flat bottom in soft and hardwood and/or panels with a plastic top layer. This type of wood drill bit is very suitable for example for drilling hinge holes in kitchen cabinets.
The drill bit head is equipped with a small sharply ground center point which ensures accurate drilling in the material.
